How to take care of hair easily at home

Hair problems and their solution:-

  1. Dandruff in hair: Nowadays, dandruff is a common thing in hair. Due to dandruff, hair fall and breakage is common. If you have dandruff, never use chemical shampoo on your hair. To remove dandruff, use coconut oil and lemon. Make a mixture of coconut oil and lemon. Mix the mixture and massage your hair and scalp gently. Leave the mixture on your hair for at least 15 minutes. Wash your hair after that.
  2. Use curd and egg on hair: Applying curd and egg on hair also removes dandruff and also gives hydration to the hair. It plays an important role in making the hair soft and shiny. It also plays an important role in hair growth. Prepare a mixture by mixing curd and egg and apply it slowly on the hair and scalp and let it dry. After drying, wash your hair with any Ayurvedic shampoo.
  3. Uses of Neem Oil: Neem oil is also a panacea for dandruff. Applying neem oil on your hair and scalp can also get rid of dandruff. If neem oil is not available, then we can extract the juice of neem leaves and use that juice on our hair.
  4. Oil massage: Apply oil to your hair at least twice a week. Massage your hair with oil gently before going to bed at night and wash your hair with an Ayurvedic shampoo in the morning. Oil massage can reduce hair fall and split ends.
